Stuffed Grape Leaves (Greek Dolmades)
Information
Cooked in a pan, these are fresh grape leaves drained and rinsed, stuffed by white rice, chopped tomatoes and onions, sugar, fresh dill weed or fresh mint leaves, fresh parsley leaves, cinnamon, salt and pepper, juice of 1 freshly-squeezed lemon and olive oil. The chopped meat should be from both veal and pork.
